At FrameThis, we believe your photos are yours alone. We have designed our app to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information.
1. Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. We do not require you to create an account to use the app. We do not track your location or access your contacts.
2. Photo Processing
All photo processing, framing, and editing happens locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. When you select a photo from your library, the app accesses it only to apply the frame you chose.
3. AI Art Library
If you subscribe to the AI Art Library, you are downloading pre-generated assets. We do not analyze your photos to generate this art; the art is provided as a static library for your use.
4. Subscription Data
All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing address. We only receive an anonymous receipt token to verify your subscription status.

Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
By downloading or using the FrameThis app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
3. Subscriptions
FrameThis offers a "Pro Access" subscription that unlocks the AI Art Library.
- Price: $1.29 CAD per month (or equivalent in local currency).
- Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
4. User Generated Content
You are responsible for the photos you use within the app. Please ensure you have the right to use any images you import from your photo library.
5. Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
